SMALL OFFICE, BIG IMPACT Supermachine Studio, launched in Bangkok in 2009 by Thai architect Pitupong Chaowakul. What started with six friends in 2003 as Thisdesign has evolved into a compact, high-energy team delivering significant and diverse projects. From intimate art installations to colossal shopping malls and epic outdoor music festivals, we do it all.

Thailand is a land of stunning contrasts and raw beauty. It's our muse. Embracing its imperfections, we channel its vibrant, chaotic energy into our work. Supermachine is like an untamed, hyperactive engine, driven by the playful spirit of Thai culture. Our projects aren't just built; they're imagined, bursting with color, excitement, and a touch of madness.

Our bold approach has earned us global recognition. We snagged the 2010 Solutia “World of Color Awards” for Harbormall in Spain, clinched “Best Educational Architecture” at Archmarathon 2014 in Italy for BUSAC, and grabbed the “Emerging Architecture Award 2015” from Architecture Review magazine for The Labyrinth, 10 Cal Tower, which also received an honorable mention from the Association of Siamese Architecture in 2016, London. And don't forget, "Hubba-to" took home Archdaily’s “Building of the Year 2017” for interior architecture.
